Within the Global Marketing function sits the Asset Management Marketing team, responsible for end-to-end marketing strategies and programs for the entirety of the business. Marketing helps shape the Goldman Sachs Asset Management brand and protect and grow the business's reputation. They create and deliver targeted, integrated marketing campaigns across digital channels, paid media and in-person experiences, which broaden our client footprint, deepen relationships with clients, diversify our asset base, and fuel business growth.

Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Seismic content coordination analyst to manage Seismic content and administer the content on our Seismic platform for our Asset Management business. This hands-on role will gain a strong understanding of the product collateral and current processes to configure experiences in Seismic to drive scale, deliver automation and improve the sales experience.

The content coordination analyst will create and drive processes to gather, organize and effectively manage collateral in partnership with business partners. The analyst will help to manage the content roadmap, including the publishing and approval processes, and will propose solutions that align with our objectives to standardize our approach to content and mitigate risk across the firm.

Key Responsibilities



  • Build, Maintain, and Improve Content Workflows: Help to build and facilitate efficient content workflows across the entire Seismic program. Establish consistent naming conventions for collateral and create and maintain collateral tracking processes.
  • Process-oriented: Build and support Seismic content processes. Manage and maintain related process documentation, ensure timely delivery of content and updates based on business priorities.
  • Content Classifications: Demonstrate high level knowledge of asset management industry and granular product level knowledge. Ability to navigate large amounts of content and properly organize, classify content and connect to the correct teams.
  • Content Roadmap Management: Support the development of, and maintain, the content roadmap, ensuring timely delivery of updated content and new content based on user needs and business priorities.
  • Content Publishing Process: Lead the full Seismic content lifecycle. Coordinate the flow of documents between document owners and marketing team. Lead quarterly update process with relevant product teams to ensure timely delivery of updated content.
  • Content Approval Oversight: Improve, and create where necessary, approval controls for all content. This includes, integrating with compliance approvals, disclosures, data feeds and other systems, and managing content expiration dates.
  • Cross-Function Content Coordination: Perform process and user experience analysis for use of product collateral across channels and regions. Work with internal teams, across the business, technology, and vendor teams, to ensure alignment and drive successful content delivery.
  • Effective time management: Demonstrated ability to work at varying speeds and under timeframe pressure, while maintaining high standards and managing multiple priorities at once.
  • Risk Management: Identify risks related to content delivery and work proactively to resolve issues or adjust timelines.



Qualifications

Required



  • 1+ years' experience in Financial Services with a global asset manager


OR



  • 1+ years' experience as a Seismic Administrator or Content Manager (or other equivalent technology)
  • Experience operating in a content production or other marketing/operating teams
  • Demonstrated experience in delivering process improvements with measurable results
  • Understanding of structured data, including XML and CSV
  • Ability to present ideas in a thoughtful and well-reasoned manner, synthesize information from multiple sources and develop a clear, compelling story
  • Ability to work at varying speeds and under timeframe pressure, while maintaining extremely high standards
  • High attention to detail, process-oriented and strong documentation skills



Ideal



  • Experience managing investment product marketing collateral and related quarter-end data updates
  • Experience with Salesforce
  • Bachelor's Degree (BA/BS)

Salary Range

The expected base salary for this Chicago, Illinois, United States-based position is $70000-$100000. In addition, you may be eligible for a discretionary bonus if you are an active employee as of fiscal year-end.
