Asset Management Marketing / Digital Marketing Analyst

The Asset Management Marketing Group aims to accelerate revenue generation through modern marketing, powering Goldman Sachs Asset Management to be a world class active asset manager. We help develop a fully connected client experience across online and offline channels while aligning data to personalize our client experience, facilitate cross-selling and measure marketing effectiveness. We strive to combine our investment industry knowledge, traditional marketing skills and contemporary command of data, technology, CX, content, and performance marketing to fuel growth for AM.

Role Overview:

The Digital Marketing Analyst is responsible for development, maintenance and tracking of online experiences for Asset Management's web properties globally using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) CMS Platform. This professional will partner with internal stakeholders to develop creative concepts and implement interactive features to support our ongoing initiatives and campaigns.

Principal Tasks:



  • Work with Content Specialist, Design Specialists and Marketing Strategists to develop interactive digital experiences for website
  • Handle content authoring for Asset Management Divisional external client websites across regions and roles
  • Act as a liaison between Product, Technology and Channel Management Team to work on platform enhancement
  • Manage a project from start-to-finish. Principal tasks include coordinating with stakeholders on web content development, working on Content Management System and client email communication as part of marketing outreach
  • End to end project coordination and other digital tasks execution with details covered and recorded in JIRA (Project Management Tool)
  • Maintain standards for content and look & feel throughout web properties and electronically publish content
  • Keep current with emerging web technologies through relevant resources in order to propose/develop interactive content


Experience / Skills / Systems Requirements:



  • 1-2 years of relevant experience
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Experience in the use of CMS tools (experience with AEM is a plus)
  • Experience with project management tool like JIRA
  • Solid understanding of HTML, Adobe Acrobat, Dreamweaver & Microsoft Office Suite
  • Some understanding of the asset management business
  • Familiarity with different technologies and the ability to learn new systems quickly and effectively
  • Team oriented; able to interact effectively with all levels
  • Strong writing skills
  • Excellent client service skills, understanding of how to build strong relationships with internal clients
  • Ability to multi-task and solve problem while working to meet deadlines and deliver accurate and engaging content

Salary Range

The expected base salary for this Chicago, Illinois, United States-based position is $70000-$100000. In addition, you may be eligible for a discretionary bonus if you are an active employee as of fiscal year-end.
