*Partner with Account Executives (AEs) to assess customer requirements, design tailored solutions, and present technical value propositions.
*Conduct site surveys and network assessments to determine optimal Wi-Fi configurations for residential communities, enterprises, and hospitality environments.
*Develop and deliver compelling technical presentations, demonstrations, and proof-of-concept solutions for prospective clients.
*Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Procurement, and Operations teams to refine Managed Wi-Fi offerings and ensure successful deployment.
*Create and maintain technical documentation, sales collateral, and training materials for internal teams and external customers.
*Stay updated on emerging Wi-Fi technologies, industry trends, and competitive landscape to enhance solution offerings.
*Assist in responding to RFPs/RFIs, ensuring technical accuracy and alignment with customer needs.
*Provide post-sale technical guidance to ensure seamless implementation and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

*Familiarity with enterprise networking hardware (Cisco, Ruckus, Aruba, Ubiquiti, etc.) and cloud-managed Wi-Fi solutions.
*Experience working with both residential (MDUs, gated communities) and commercial (hotels, campuses, SMBs, enterprises) Wi-Fi deployments.
*Excellent problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills to effectively engage with both technical and non-technical audiences.
*Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
*Certifications such as CWNA, CWSP, CCNA Wireless, or equivalent are a plus.
