Your opportunity The Telemetry Platform group at New Relic builds the platform and foundational services for secure, automated, reliable, and dynamic ingestion and processing of streaming telemetry data. As a Senior Engineering Manager, you'll guide engineers that are in charge of a critical part of our Full Stack Observability products. You will join a team that is an integral part of almost every line of business at New Relic. Balancing the needs of internal and external stakeholders while moving forward with your own initiatives takes finely tuned negotiation skills, risk/reward analysis as well as a can-do, positive attitude. We are seeking an experienced Senior Engineering Manager to lead teams of engineers in designing, developing, and optimizing cutting-edge telemetry systems that power real-time data solutions for Full Stack Observability. In this role, you will oversee the end-to-end development lifecycle of telemetry products, from concept to deployment, ensuring high performance, scalability, and reliability. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, drive technical strategy, and mentor engineering talent to deliver innovative solutions that align with our mission to be the world's greatest observability platform. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related factors such as an applicant's skills, qualifications, and experience.
