EXCITED TO GROW YOUR CAREER? WE'RE GLAD YOU'RE HERE! The Lifecycle and Communications Manager will play a crucial role in enhancing customer (B2B and B2C) engagement and retention. This role will lead and execute communication and promotion strategies to engage customers throughout their journey, from initial interaction to retention, focusing on maximizing customer loyalty and lifetime value.

This is a hybrid role that sits in our Fenton, MO campus 3 days per week (Tuesday - Thursday).

40% Create and execute promotional campaigns:

  • Develop and execute promotional marketing campaigns across a variety of channels including email, mobile app, SMS and push notifications.

  • Work with data science on identifying target audience and control groups.

  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance to optimize results and ROI

20% Manage customer journeys:

  • Plan, execute, and monitor the effectiveness of lifecycle communications tactics, adjusting strategies to improve performance as needed.

  • Utilize marketing automation tools and communication platforms to streamline communication processes and enhance customer engagement through timely and relevant messaging.

  • Collaborate closely with technical teams to define requirements for complex journeys and audience lists ensuring seamless execution.

20% Collaborate with cross-functional teams:

  • Work with internal creative agency, decision science, engineering, and product to align communication and promotional efforts to achieve business goals.

  • Act as a strategic advisor to internal and external stakeholders, translating high-level business goals into actionable communication and promotional marketing strategies.

  • Regularly report campaign performance to stakeholders, contributing to strategy reviews and quarterly business reviews.

20% Be a subject matter expert:

  • Continuously learn and adapt to the evolving landscape of loyalty marketing.

  • Stay up to date on key competitors and loyalty programs. Be a subject matter expert on all third-party technical marketing tools.

  • Keep abreast of new strategies and technologies in the marketplace.

  • Regularly share out best practices and innovation.

Qualifications

  • 4 years of experience in lifecycle marketing, CRM, or a related field with exposure to B2C and B2B audiences. Experience with the loyalty marketing industry preferred.

  • Bachelor's degree in communication or related field or equivalent work experience.

  • Proficiency in advanced segmentation and personalization techniques and tools.

  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems.

  • Demonstrated success in creating and executing multi-channel communication campaigns and promotions across email, SMS, social media and other channels etc.

  • Understanding customer needs and behaviors to create engaging experiences. Excellent writing and interpersonal skills are essential.

  • Ability to track and analyze communication performance to identify areas for improvement. Experience with A/B testing.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and campaigns simultaneously.
