A/R Securitization Manager
Our client is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented A/R Securitization Manager to lead the administration and optimization of the company's global accounts receivable securitization and factoring programs. This role is critical to driving liquidity, controlling financing costs, and ensuring operational excellence across multiple funding platforms. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in structured finance, excellent analytical skills, and a passion for process improvement.

Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end management of A/R securitization and factoring programs to enhance liquidity and reduce funding costs
  • Oversee all aspects of securitization and discounting programs, including invoicing, credit limits, collections, dispute resolution, and invoice aging
  • Manage supply chain factoring programs and Standard Bank A/R discounting, ensuring accurate tracking, timely submissions, and complete documentation
  • Analyze and validate program reporting for accuracy and compliance; support cash forecasting with reliable receipt projections
  • Drive process improvements and automation initiatives, particularly in SAP, to streamline operations and enhance efficiency
  • Lead annual renewals and insurance processes, coordinating legal reviews, negotiations, and external counsel as needed
  • Maintain organized documentation and develop internal dashboards to track program performance and key metrics
  • Collaborate with Accounting on close processes, journal entries, disclosures, and audit support, including SOX compliance
  • Partner with AR, Treasury, and Finance teams on liquidity strategies, reporting, and cross-functional initiatives
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in A/R, Treasury, or Finance with direct A/R securitization responsibility
  • Proficient with securitization platforms (e.g., Finacity) and knowledgeable in compliance, reporting, and audit processes
  • Experience managing factoring, discounting, or hybrid programs in mid-size or larger companies
  • Strong analytical skills; able to validate reports and support cash forecasting
  • Skilled in SAP or similar ERP systems for A/R, cash apps, and bank transfers
  • Knowledge of SOX controls, financial reporting, and close processes
  • Strong organization skills for handling legal documents, renewals, and insurance
  • Effective collaborator across Accounting, Treasury, Legal, and external partners


Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco/Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual's skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs. The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, and can participate in medical, dental, and vision benefits as well as the company's 401(k) retirement plan.
