Overview
The Plymouth Community is welcoming the new Coborn's "Next Generation" concept location, and we are searching for a Store Director to lead this team! As the Store Director, you're not just running a store - you're shaping the culture, driving results, and mentoring the next generation of leaders. You'll be the go-to for both strategy and execution, ensuring operational excellence and an exceptional customer experience. With our New Generation concept, our campus will include a new restaurant, a franchise location, and an overall new style of shopping. - Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of department managers, leads and associates. Act as a mentor for Store Director's throughout the organization.
- Monitor and manage store performance to achieve sales goals, budgeted targets, and profitability objectives.
- Develop and implement plans to maximize revenue, reduce costs, and improve financial performance.
- Ensure a guest-centric environment by providing exceptional service and fostering relationships with guests. Continuously improve the guest experience by identifying opportunities for store enhancement and new offerings.
- Collaborate with merchandising to ensure appropriate product assortment, pricing, promotions, and displays to maximize sales and guest engagement.
- Collaborate with marketing to develop and execute marketing strategies that drive foot traffic and increase sales throughout the campus.
- Responsibility for overall business results of P&L, productivity, quality, loss control, people, and service.
- Community involvement and engagement initiatives to drive foot traffic and sales.
- Design continuous process improvement and flawless execution of basic workflow operations processes.
- Overall responsibility for the physical facility.
- Responsible for talent development, utilization, and retention, coaching, and counseling.
Requirements
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university; or three to five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 2-4 years of Store Director experience preferred.
- Must be 21 years of age

- Possess a current state driver's license and valid insurance with the ability to travel to business locations as needed.
- Food Safety Certificate.
- Ability to qualify for Power Equipment certification.
