Job Description Job Title: Senior Supply Chain Manager - Design Make US Working Pattern: Hybrid - 3 in office days a week Working Location: Indianapolis, IN Join our Rolls-Royce business as a Senior Supply Chain Manager within the Aftermarket team in Aerospace Procurement and is key to driving improved performance and excellent relationships across our repair network. Our Supplier Management teams work closely with our external supply chain partners to make sure that we are delivering on our customer commitments and ensuring that this is done in the most sustainable way. The Senior Supply Chain Manager is responsible for leading a cross-functional team of specialists focused on driving world class supplier performance through great relationships. As a key integrator, the role will work across Rolls-Royce and external functions as a single supplier focal point to deliver business requirements. This role will also act as the first point of escalation for specialists on all aspects of supplier management. There will be a requirement for some level of domestic and international travel as part of this role. Why Rolls-Royce?
