Job SummaryUnder general supervision, the Associate Accountant - Fund Coordinator is responsible for requesting claim funds, daily ECHO balancing, and claims account maintenance for each client in their assigned libraries.

Please note: While this role is based remotely, candidates must live in one of the following states to be considered: IL, IN, IA, KS, MO, MT, NM, NC, OK, PA, TN, TX or WI.

Required Job Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required

  • 2+ years of accounting/finance experience in an office environment required.

  • Must work with high degree of accuracy, courtesy, timeliness, logic and structure

  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook required.

  • Ability to work and interact with departments throughout the organization

  • Ability to manage simultaneous tasks and meet deadlines

Preferred Job Qualifications:
  • Associate's degree

  • Experience with multiple web-based banking sites
