We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Sales and Catering Coordinator to support our dynamic sales team.

In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring smooth sales operations by handling reservations, coordinating group bookings, managing contracts, and assisting with event details. You will also serve as a vital liaison between departments to ensure seamless communication and service execution.

Job Duties:



  • Support Sales Managers with administrative and operational tasks.
  • Coordinate and manage group and individual reservations.
  • Prepare and distribute Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) and group resumes.
  • Maintain accurate group block inventory and contract compliance.
  • Process deposits, payments, and billing while following compliance guidelines.
  • Assist with site tours when the sales team is unavailable.
  • Manage sales files, reports, and office supplies.
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams and clients to ensure exceptional service delivery.


Job Requirements:



  • High school education required, college degree preferred.
  • Previous experience in sales support, events, catering or a similar role preferred.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and reservations systems, Lightspeed and CI/TY are a plus.
