Chicken Processor - 2nd Shift Location: Commodity Sales - 517 S Clarence Street.Los Angeles, CA 90033 Shift: Monday - Friday \| 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM Pay Rate: $17.28 per hour Join Our Team! Are you looking for a hands-on role in a fast-paced environment? We're seeking dedicated Chicken Processors to join our team and play a vital role in ensuring the quality and safety of our poultry products. If you thrive in a team-oriented setting and take pride in your work, we want to hear from you! What You'll Do Processing & Handling Sort, cut, debone, trim, and package chicken products with precision. Follow safety and food handling guidelines to ensure top-quality products. Operate processing equipment safely and efficiently. Quality & Compliance Inspect products for defects and remove any substandard items. Work closely with HACCP and USDA to meet state and federal regulations. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of equipment and work areas. Teamwork & Efficiency Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow. Report equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to supervisors. Meet production targets while maintaining high-quality standards. What You Bring to the Table Experience & Education: High school diploma preferred, but not required. Previous experience in food processing or manufacturing is a plus! Skills & Qualifications: Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment. Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety & quality. Effective communication and teamwork skills. Physical Requirements: Lift up to 50 lbs. frequently, 100 lbs. occasionally. Stand, bend, squat, push, and pull throughout your shift. Work in temperatures ranging from 25F to 50F. Handle exposure to dust, feathers, and food allergens.
