THE JOB:
As a Lounge Server, you will be responsible for setting the stage for an excellent guest experience by serving guests beverages within the designated lounge outlet. By understanding our guests' unique stories and needs, you will deliver WOW experiences that our guests will carry with them far and beyond their stay with us.

THE STARTING RATE:#13.35 with direct tips

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Provide strong beverage knowledge to our guests including liquor brands, beers, wines, non-alcoholic drinks, mixed drinks, and all menu items.
• Anticipate guest needs and respond with urgency to enhance their lounge experience
• Engage with guests by smiling and hearing their story as you properly complete beverage transactions using a Point-of-Sale (POS) system
• Work with a diverse team of enthusiastic people in a FUN and fast-paced environment to achieve company goals
• Own the guest experience in any situation by using problem solving skills to WOW the guest

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Six months prior relevant experience as a cocktail and/or food server preferred
• Be able to work a part-time schedule where the days worked change each week
• Has basic knowledge of health, safety, and sanitation regulations
• Has a high energy, positive attitude, and likes to have fun while doing their best work
• Displays excellent customer service skills as well as interpersonal skills
