Job Description Cornerstone Building Brands and looking for a Maintenance Manager for our Spokane, WA facility. The Maintenance Manager will manage and assist in the completion of the day-to-day activities, involving the maintenance of the building/facility, equipment and machinery including HVAC, building lighting systems, production lines, grounds keeping, and overall facility appearance. This individual will manage and coordinate the work of employees who repair and maintain building/facility, equipment, and machinery; oversee engineering, design and installation phases of new equipment, line upgrades, and other capital projects; and manage the preventative/predictive maintenance and Maintenance Work Order Systems. Additionally, this individual will possess the ability to create and manage budgets related to facility, repair, and labor; and work with Cornerstone Building Brand's Core Values in mind: Safety, Integrity, Innovation and Teamwork. Work Environment: Cornerstone is committed to ensuring the health and safety of their workforce. However, this job is performed in a non-air-conditioned work environment, where the candidate may occasionally be exposed to dust, odors, oil, fumes and noise. This position will be required to work near powered industrial trucks, equipment and near moving mechanical parts. Work will require the employee to wear personal protective equipment as directed and adhere to all facility environmental, safety and health rules and requirements.
