Adobe's next billion dollar business is GenStudio - our solution to our customers content supply chain challenges. At the heart of GenStudio is GenStudio for Performance Marketing, Adobe's newest and most innovative generative AI application for marketing and creative teams to build high performing on brand omnichannel content.

We are seeking a bold product marketer to carry out go-to-market activities across Sales, Partners, and Marketing channels. As a strategic contributor, you will be accountable for delivering GenStudio for Performance Marketing's new sales targets in partnership with Sales, Technology Partners, Solution Partners, and Marketing colleagues.

In this role you will get the opportunity to enable 4,000 field sales and account management colleagues on the value proposition, return on investment results, customer examples, and product capabilities of GenStudio for Performance Marketing. You will also support multi-touch marketing campaigns including webinars, tradeshows, partner marketing. Ensure our pipeline is full with leads and qualified opportunities from Sales, Marketing, and Partner sources.

The ideal candidate can demonstrate a track record of performance in B2B Enterprise SaaS Go-to-Market:

  • You know how to prioritize and complete a seemingly unlimited amount of work to achieve the business outcome. You can think pragmatically and communicate honestly and directly up and down the org charge and across different functions.
  • You can make a strategic decision based on data, turn it into pilot project, and scale that pilot project into a large scale program by influencing and working with other teams.
  • You are confident leading in highly ambiguous situations and can bring different teams together under a common goal to implement a joint vision and measurable outcome.
  • You will challenge Adobe and our ecosystem to work better and faster than a typical corporate product marketing team. You apply lessons from previous programs to make everyone better. You encourage and deliver new processes and strategies that didn't exit before

Your core skills should include:

  • Combining qualitative and quantitative data analysis to make strategic decisions
  • Skills in automating work to increase your own output and that of your ecosystem.
  • Expert communicator across written and visual communication including PowerPoint, Web Marketing, Marketing communications, and more.
  • Sharing dense topics concisely to senior executives
  • Project and program management skills including performance measurement, timeline, work management, scaling, and reporting.
  • Success as an internal and external evangelist for product(s) or product line(s) by crafting compelling messages and showcasing the benefits and capabilities.

About you:

  • 5+ years in product marketing or 10+ years sales or marketing roles.
  • Familiarity with Adobe Experience Cloud or marketing solutions is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Ad Tech, Ad Creative Tech, Email Marketing, Paid Social, or Web Marketing are a plus
  • English required.
  • 25% travel.

The U.S. pay range for this positionis $120,700 -- $213,400 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
