Job Summary

The Aerospace University (AU) is seeking forward-thinking and experienced Senior Learning Systems Integration Staff to drive the design, implementation, and optimization of innovative learning technologies and solutions.

This role combines technical expertise with strategic consultation to enhance the learning experience and meet organizational training and development goals. This position works closely with stakeholders to identify learning needs, recommend appropriate technologies, plan, and deliver impactful digital learning solutions.

With a strong background in learning management technologies and robust project management skills, the role will plan and lead internal AU and cross functional teams across Aerospace Corporation to develop and execute strategies for integrating learning technologies and data into talent development processes.

This position will identify opportunities to streamline and automate business processes using technology, engage with stakeholders, document requirements, explores options, and recommend, test, and implement solutions.

This role will co-administer the Cornerstone on Demand (CSoD) Learning Management System (LMS) with other learning technology professionals on the AU team.

Work Model

This position has the option to be fully remote anywhere within the United States as the business needs allow. Occasional travel to the El Segundo, CA campus will be required on occasion.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Collaborates with HRIS and EIS to ensure seamless integration of learning technology with HR platforms and ERP systems.
  • Manages and maintain integrations and data feeds between AU platforms (CSoD, LinkedIn Learning, Viva GLINT) and other business systems such as Workday and SAP.
  • Collaborates with AU leaders to conceive and maintain a three-year technology and capability roadmap.
  • Manages and tracks learning platform enhancements, changes, and customization requests.
  • Manage releases, upgrades, and change processes for AU tools and technology including CSoD, the LinkedIn Learning Experience Platform (LXP), and the VIVA GLINT Engagement platform.
  • Assesses technology change impacts; collaborate with cross functional teams to develop and execute user adoption and communication strategies.
  • Co-Administers the CSoD Learning Management System with the Sr. CSoD LMS Administrator.
  • Collaborates with peer AU platform administrators to plan, configure, test, deploy new or enhanced capabilities.
  • Assesses emerging technologies and provides recommendations to support modern, engaging, and scalable learning experiences.
  • Manages AU content intake, administration, curation, and publishing processes.
  • Creates and maintains system documentation knowledge base, including user guides, troubleshooting manuals, and process workflows.
  • Plans and executes corporate learning campaigns deliverer through corporate learning systems.
  • Maintains learning content organization, subject taxonomies, and structure to improve content findability, navigation, and the overall user experience.

What You Need to be Successful - Senior Learning Systems Integration Staff IV

Minimum Requirements:

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Ten or more years of experience implementing and administering corporate learning management systems, collaborating with learning and development teams
  • Knowledge of learning management systems best practices, tips and tools, administration, etc.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical skills, including the ability interpret business requests to technical solutions and processes.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines and prioritize accordingly.

  • Experience administering the Cornerstone on Demand Learning Management System.

The grade-based pay range for this job is listed below. Individual salaries within that range are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge and skills.

$107,000 - $160,500 Pay Basis: Annual
