Hybrid Training Coordinator

We have a contract opportunity for a Training Coordinator in Hazelwood. This position is approved for 3 months with the potential to be extended.

Pay Rate:$25.00 to $29.00/Hr.

Schedule:
Hybrid (needs to be able to work onsite on specific days)
Some flexibility on start/end time.

Summary:

Ensure the implementation of training programs and the monitoring of an appropriate logistic (program management, trainees, trainers, facilities, equipment, cost control), in accordance with service requirements as well than the Quality and safety standards.

Job Responsibilities:

• Managing the enrollment/cancelation of trainees through a LMS (Learning Portal)
• Organizing the training logistics (invitation letters, follow-up of the enrollment, agendas)
• Recommend training paths adapted to the needs of trainee.
• Following the trainees (follow-up of the pre-requisites, pre-work, training evaluations)
• Booking training rooms
• Ordering reagents for training sessions

Education and Qualifications

1. High School diploma or equivalent with 3-5 years of professional coordinator experience
2. Teamwork in an international context at times with the Corporate Headquarters in France.
3. Professional experience in training coordination and/or office/sales administration
4. Strong MS Office Suite Skills
5. Work with team members onsite and global locations

Estimated Min Rate: $25.00
Estimated Max Rate: $29.00
