This role is with the Cognizant Enterprise Integration (EI) and Digital Process Orchestration (DPO) within Enterprise Platform Services Team. Cognizant's EI &DPO practice is a world leading provider of Hybrid Cloud Integration and Process Automation Services. EI &DPO practice has strategic alliances with "best of bread" platform providers to provide service for Cloud Integration, Hybrid Integration Platforms, B2B Platforms, DPA and Low Code Platforms, and Cloud Integration.

You will be expected to be a well-regarded and respected individual contributor; possess strong inter-personal skills. This role requires a wide variety of strengths and capabilities, including:

Roles/Responsibilities

* Primarily responsible for designing and architecting complex Pega applications, providing technical leadership on projects, evaluating design options, ensuring solution quality, and collaborating with teams to deliver robust Pega implementations, all while demonstrating in-depth knowledge of the Pega platform and best practices.

* Deep understanding of Pega platform architecture, features, and best practices

* Expertise in designing and developing complex business processes on Pega

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Excellent communication and collaboration skills

* Experience with project management methodologies

* Proven ability to lead technical teams and mentor LSA's and teams

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $150,000 to $185,000 depending on the experience and other qualifications of the candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
