Your Opportunity + Impact

The Associate HR Business Partner supports the daily operations of the Human Resources department by providing administrative and operational assistance in key areas such as employee relations, benefits administration, compliance, training and development, and onboarding. This role serves as a vital point of contact for employees and managers, ensuring smooth HR processes and contributing to a positive employee experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supports recruiting efforts by assisting with sourcing qualified candidates, scheduling interviews, and conducting background checks.
  • Assists with new hire onboarding process and coordination with management.
  • Responsible for the maintenance of employment files, processes required ESC forms and paperwork, performs data entry ensuring systems containing employment related data is accurate.
  • Leads efforts of data entry in HRIS and benefit enrollment systems.
  • Creates content for HR intranet page and actively promotes LDG benefits through continued employee education.
  • Assists employees and supervisors with basic interpretation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Actively engaged member of the HR staff by assisting with team projects/initiatives. Serves on various internal employee committees.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned

Education and Experience

  • Education: Associate or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum one (1) year experience within a professional office setting
  • Licensure/Certification: N/A.

  • Must possess the ability to work both independently and as a part of a team.
  • Possess strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Working knowledge of relevant social media platforms.
  • Strong planning and organization skills.
  • Proficient verbal and written communication skills, and presentations.
  • Interpersonal skills and ability to multi-task while working independently.
  • Self-driven desire to learn, grow, innovate and assist others.
