Provides secretarial and administrative services such as preparing correspondence, scheduling meetings, constructing minutes of committees as assigned, receiving and directing visitors, maintaining executive's calendar and maintaining routine records and files. Work requires collaboration with both internal and external contacts in order to resolve problems and improve efficiency within the administrative area. Significant responsibility to ensure that satisfaction and service with internal and external contacts is maintained. Communication with external contacts is required to provide or gather information, handling routine transactions and providing information. Education: High School Diploma or High School Equivalency Diploma (GED) is required for this position. Work Experience: Minimum of five (5) years previous administrative secretary or office manager experience required preferably in a health care environment. Salary Range: Minimum 23.96 per hour - Maximum 39.57 per hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
