Pay: $21 per hour

Shift: Night Shift | Monday - Friday

Start time: Varies between 5 PM - 4 AM

As a Supervisor, you'll oversee day-to-day warehouse operations, guide and coach both new and existing team members, and ensure tasks are completed to the highest standards. Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Excel, MS Office, and Outlook, are essential. You'll also be responsible for maintaining positive relationships with talent, communicating effectively with management, and reporting on daily tasks.

Responsibilities:



  • Supervise daily warehouse production operations and ensure tasks are performed efficiently
  • Lead, coach, and support team members, fostering a positive work environment
  • Maintain excellent communication with Staffmark management and UPS supervisors
  • Ensure reliable attendance and team accountability
  • Lift up to 50 lbs and ensure safety and productivity standards are met
  • Complete required reports and communicate operational progress
