We have partnered with a leading company and are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join their call center team as a Finance Card Support Specialist in Austin, TX.

Schedule: 9am - 6pm, CST, Mon - Sat.

Pay: $16/hr.

Responsibilities:



  • Understands the customer and agent experience intimately.
  • Provides real-time specialist support as needed.
  • Reviews interactions to ensure complete resolution of customer issues.
  • Investigates complex customer challenges and provides timely resolutions.
  • Manages and responds to complaints from call center staff promptly.
  • Builds relationships and communicates effectively across teams to share information.
  • Demonstrates effective analytical and communication skills in gathering and providing information, and in formulating decisions.




Qualifications:



  • Expert problem-solver who digs deep for answers and quickly resolves customer issues.
  • Proactively seeks solutions and offers insights on complex challenges.
  • Knows when to ask for help and follows direction well.
  • Excellent de-escalation, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Need financial support experience (recommended).
