Staffmark is hiring a Shipping and Receiving Coordinator in Birmingham, AL, where you will be working for a company that specializes in the production of medical tools.

Hours: Monday - Friday, 6:00am - 2:30pm or 7:00am - 3:30pm

Pay: $16.50 per hour

Key Responsibilities:



  • Routes medical instruments, component parts, and miscellaneous items to the correct repair location or final destination.
  • Leads and manages the full shipping process from start to finish.
  • Processes orders, including loaners, demos, and RMAs, ensuring proper documentation and approvals.
  • Responds to inquiries about order status, delivery, and tracking.
  • Prepares shipping documentation like freight bills, packing lists, and commercial invoices for domestic and international shipments.
  • Packs and secures outgoing medical instruments, component parts, and other items for courier shipment.



Qualified candidates will have inventory/shipping experience.
