We're seeking a future team member for the role of Head of Client Channels and Data Delivery to join our Asset Servicing team. Our Asset Servicing business includes solutions BNY provides to asset manager, asset owners, banks, broker dealers, insurance companies and alternative fund managers. These solutions include custody, fund accounting and administration, middle office services and transfer agency. The remit of this role covers all these solutions and clients. This role is located in New York, NY. In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:
- Reimagining how we package, deliver, monetize and go to market with the data we generate and house in providing Asset Servicing to our clients
- Shaping our client channel vision and strategy - defining and creating the channel experiences for our Asset Servicing clients, including how our clients interact with us across our various offerings through our client portal, messaging, file deliveries, APIs, etc.
- Deeply understanding the dynamics and advancements among the client segments we serve (asset managers, asset owners, banks, broker dealers, insurance companies, alternative fund managers), our competitors, and the industry at large to inform our client channel and data delivery strategy
- Taking a client-first, design led approach to the way we deliver data and experiences to our clients, informed by user research that informs our understanding of our client personas and their jobs-to-be-done
- Exploring innovative ways to future proof and commercialize our business, including new technologies, partnerships and monetization strategies
- Working closely with clients, senior management, internal and external partners to identify, analyze, prioritize and capture strategic opportunities and initiatives that drive growth, profitability and competitive advantage
- Working with partners across our product teams, portals and frameworks platforms, technology, etc. to shape and implement our channel and data strategies
- Collaborating with business development teams to support strategic engagements with key clients
To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:
- Deep knowledge of innovative data structuring and monetization strategies in the B2B space
- Strong digital product management experience, building and uplifting digital products
- Passion for creating superior user experiences, informed by in-depth user research
- Intellectual curiosity - interested in shaping the future of financial services
- Strong analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills
- Thoughtful communicator who can express complex ideas in simple practical terms of senior audiences and clients
- Ability to collaborate with and influence senior executives and stakeholders
- Proven track record of leading and managing complex strategic projects and initiatives from inception to completion
- Desire to work in a fast-paced highly transformational environment
- Knowledge of institutional financial services is desired, ideally with experience in asset servicing

The base salary for this position is expected to be between $136,500 and $300,000 per year at the commencement of employment. However, base salary if hired will be determined on an individualized basis, including as to experience and market location, and is only part of the BNY total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, discretionary bonuses, short and long-term incentive packages, and Company-sponsored benefit programs.
This position is at-will and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, change in geographic location, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
