Job Description

The Executive Assistant to the Senior Vice President (SVP) of NA Value-Added Services (VAS) is a key role responsible for providing comprehensive support to the SVP, and members of the leadership team. This position requires high levels of discretion, organization, and the ability to handle multiple tasks seamlessly.

Responsibilities

* Administrative Support: Manage the SVP's calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.

* Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications, including drafting and managing correspondence.

* Meeting Coordination: Prepare agendas, take meeting minutes, and ensure follow-up on action items.

* Project Management: Assist in the planning and execution of team projects, ensuring deadlines are met and objectives are achieved.

* Documentation: Organize and maintain files, records, and documentation for easy accessibility.

* Event Planning: Coordinate and manage events, both internal and external, ensuring all logistics are handled efficiently.

* Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.

This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.

Location: Visa NY Office only

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications

* Minimum of 6 months of work experience or a Bachelor's Degree

Preferred Qualifications

* 2 or more years of work experience

* 3-5 years of high-level administrative experience, with experience providing executive support

* Customer service-focused, with a professional presence and approachable personality

* Capable of working with discretion and tact in an environment exposed to a high level of sensitive and confidential information

* Strong communication skills (both written and verbal), and ability to operate effectively and efficiently in a challenging, fast-paced environment

* Proficient in managing executive calendars, organizing worldwide travel, and processing expenses

* Skilled in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint

* Ability to multi-task, assist multiple team members at the same time, and prioritize work effectively

* Detail-oriented and able to complete work assignments with a high degree of quality

* Demonstrate initiative, flexible, highly organized and can anticipate and resolve problems before they escalate

* History of creative problem-solving

* Ability to work well collaboratively and under pressure

* Experience with event planning and project coordination highly desired

Additional Information

Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department.

Travel Requirements: This position requires travel5-10% of the time.

Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is $74,400 to $105,250 per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity. Visa has a comprehensive benefits package for which this position may be eligible that includes Medical, Dental, Vision, 401 (k), FSA/HSA, Life Insurance, Paid Time Off, and Wellness Program.
