Are you an experienced Executive Recruiter looking for a dynamic, temporary opportunity? Hunter Hamilton is seeking a talented professional to join our client's team in a fully remote role estimated to last through the end of the year. Candidates should be based in Eastern and/or Central time zones for optimal collaboration.

Position: Temporary Executive Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:

  Partner with hiring managers to understand executive hiring needs across various industries, including finance, marketing, HR, and operations.

  
  
• 
  

  Source, screen, and engage with top-tier executive candidates using innovative sourcing strategies and networking.

  
  
• 
  

  Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial outreach to offer negotiation and acceptance.

  
  
• 
  

  Conduct in-depth candidate assessments, including interviews and reference checks.

  
  
• 
  

  Provide insights on industry trends, compensation benchmarks, and best practices in executive recruitment.

  
  
• 
  

  Utilize applicant tracking systems (iCIMS experience preferred) and other recruitment tools to maintain a robust talent pipeline.

  
  

Qualifications:

• 
  

  Minimum of 3+ years of experience recruiting for director-level and above roles.

  
  
• 
  

  Bachelor's degree is preferred, HS Diploma or GED is required

  
  
• 
  

  Strong background in executive search methodologies and talent acquisition best practices.

  
  
• 
  

  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with candidates and clients.

  
  
• 
  

  High level of organization and ability to manage multiple executive searches simultaneously.

  
  
• 
  

  Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (iCIMS preferred) and recruitment technologies.
