Could you be the full-time onsite Operation and Maintenance Supervisor in Denver, CO, US we're looking for?

Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your extensive operational and maintenance supervision expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You'll work alongside dedicated, skilled, and dynamic teammates. You'll lead and manage the day-to-day operational and maintenance activities, making a significant impact on the efficiency and reliability of our services. Day-to-day, you'll work closely with teams across the business (including technical staff, customer service, and safety officers), coordinate the development and implementation of maintenance procedures, and much more.

We'll look to you for:




  • Managing and directing the activities of technicians to ensure maintenance procedures are completed safely, timely, and effectively,



  • Making timely and responsible decisions regarding operational and personnel matters,



  • Coordinating the planning, development, and implementation of recovery, repair, and preventive maintenance procedures,



  • Directing the revision of maintenance procedures when necessary,



  • Supporting the development and implementation of safety policies and operational initiatives,



  • Ensuring compliance with all procedures, laws, and regulations for automatic and manual train movements,



  • Training, coaching, and mentoring all direct reports, providing feedback and counsel as needed,



  • Conducting performance appraisals, employee development, and corrective actions,



  • Allocating resources and handling customer service issues to meet expectations of service levels and availability,



  • Ensuring effective communication within the team and with stakeholders

  • Degree in Engineering, Business Management, or related field,



  • Experience or understanding of operation and maintenance supervision in a technical environment,



  • Knowledge of automated people mover (APM) systems or similar transportation technologies,



  • Familiarity with safety regulations and compliance in a transportation or industrial setting,



  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal,



  • Proven leadership and team management abilities,



  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills,



  • Ability to coordinate and implement maintenance and repair procedures,



  • Capacity to train and mentor technical personnel
