This Manager, Data Analytics is responsible for managing a team of data analysts providing complex data and reporting to produce insights to Leadership in maximizing resources. In this role you will support Leadership by providing critical interpretation of data, leading with innovative analytical solutions, and communication of information and insights. You will be responsible for creating and producing forecasts, reports, ad hoc requests, dashboards, etc. This is a hybrid role: 4 days in Stamford office and 1 day remote. Actively and consistently support all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience. Manage a team responsible for reporting and analysis of various data. Proactively identify opportunities to use data to develop new strategies and improve business performance and utilize knowledge of trends in data and other optimization methods to perform quantitative and qualitative data analysis. Manage high visibility projects to identify and resolve issues of strategic importance to the organization. Interface regularly with senior management to produce timely and valuable results. Conduct complex data analysis in support of a variety of analytic solutions. Capture, develop, and document data definitions, business rules, and data quality requirements. Design and develop dashboards, reports, presentations in a variety of visual formats to inform and influence decisions made by internal clients and business leaders. Integrate data from multiple sources to produce requested or required data elements.Interpret data, analyze results, and provide insights to determine operational impact, trends, and opportunities. Develop reports and deliverables for upper management and communicate with all levels of stakeholders. Identify and define data quality improvements. Create and maintain report forms and formats, information dashboards, data generators, canned reports and other end-user information portals or resources. Ensure compliance with deliverable reporting requirements by performing quality data audits and analysis. Create specifications for reports based on business requests. Review accuracy of all data, results, and conclusions of the team, coaching team members to reach a high data standards. Perform other duties as requested. Required Skills/Abilities and Knowledge Ability to read, write, speak and understand English
Bachelor's degree in Business, Statistics, Economics, Quatitative Analysis or other related field or equivalent experience (certifications) Required Related Work Experience and Number of Years
