Senior Design Coordinator

Walbridge Aldinger, LLC is hiring a Senior Design Coordinator in Detroit, Michigan.

Job duties: Lead coordination efforts between owner, design partners, and design build/assist subcontractors, interface with appropriate levels of management to obtain approvals, signatures, and explanation of project scope, review design partners' documentation for all phases of design and construction, manage ongoing analysis of design requirements pertaining to international and local codes and standards, interact with governmental bodies, regulatory agencies, and authorities to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations, ensure design intents are maintained to achieve intended premium standards, track milestone deliverable and ensure that they are met, contribute to Building Information Modeling coordination meetings during both design and construction phases.

Master's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field (i.e. Construction Management, Architecture)
