A senior HR Business Partner supporting senior leaders and their organizations to ensure Human Resources strategies and initiatives are executed in alignment with all short- and long-term business goals. Responsible for creating and delivering programs in the areas of leader development, talent management, engagement, and employee relations for the designated client group. Combines HR mastery, industry knowledge, and business acumen to resolve complex HR issues within a fast paced and dynamic business environment. Responsible for leading a team of HR professionals that supports a geographically dispersed employee base. Create, implement and enhance consistent practices to ensure stable service delivery that is aligned with company initiatives and enterprise-wide policies and procedures. BE PART OF THE CONNECTION As a Senior Human Resources Director, you'll be responsible for creating and delivering policies and programs in the areas of recruitment, employment, employee relations, and equal opportunity employment in compliance with government regulations and company goals.
