Role: Senior Mainframe Application Developer

Experience: 6 to 8 years of solid experience.

Job Location: Candidates need to be willing to work in an On-site model from the Client's office in Alpharetta - GA and/or Berkeley Heights - NJ.

Must have skills:

* Experience in all phases of software development life cycle.

* COBOL, JCL, VSAM, DB2.

Responsibilities:

* Analysis, Design, Coding, Testing, Implementation of mainframe modules based on various customer project requirements.

* Attending daily project status call with different customers across the globe.

* Daily status call with offshore counterpart, day to day work assignment and review with offshore and moving to next phase.

Work Authorization: Cognizant will only consider applicants who are legally authorized to work in the United States.

Salary and Other Compensation: The annual salary for this position will depend on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate
