Job Title: Administrative Assistant, Human Resources FLSA Status: Non-Exempt Department: Human Resources Reports to: CHRO Flex Work Eligible! This position qualifies for the Flexible Work Policy. Employees receive 75 workdays annually to work remote! The initial amount of days is prorated for the first year based on start date. GENERAL DESCRIPTION / PURPOSE: The Administrative Assistant, Human Resources provides direct support to the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO), and some general support for the Human Resources Department. The Administrative Assistant will manage schedules, coordinate meetings, manage confidential correspondence, prepare reports and presentations, facilitate communication between the CHRO and internal/external stakeholders, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Education: High School Diploma/Equivalent Experience: 5+ Years' experience supporting an executive position
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Education: Two-year degree in related field or bachelor's degree in related field. Experience: 3+ Years Pervious experience in Human Resources
