Project Manager Overview: Hanson is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and dedicated Project Manager to lead the full project life cycle and ensure successful project execution. This role is pivotal in meeting client expectations, managing project scope, deliverables, budget, schedule, and quality. The ideal candidate will thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced team environment and demonstrate leadership, strategic thinking, and exceptional communication skills. The Project Manager will report to a Senior Project Manager and play a key role in managing multiple, complex, multi-disciplinary projects. This position will focus on the Infrastructure market and will primarily manage Indiana and Kentucky DOT, Municipal, and Local Government (INDOT. KYTC, Counties, Cities, etc.) projects and involve working directly with clients, Practice Leads, and Discipline Managers and Market Principals. Education & Experience
The salary range for this position is: $100,000 - $154,000 per year. Compensation is based on years of relevant experience. This position may be eligible for discretionary annual bonuses.
