Position Description
As the Director of Supply Chain Operations and Quality, your role will be to develop, optimize, and monitor supply chain and supplier development business processes, and collaborate closely with Supply Chain and Quality leadership to establish standards, measure performance, and drive improvement in supplier performance and accountability. You will facilitate the efficiency and optimization of our supply chain technologies and applications to enhance customer satisfaction, profitability, inventory returns, lead times and working capital. You will also serve as the primary point of contact for data interfaces and integration of supply chain technologies with the SAP ERP system, GEP, and other applicable systems, including master data integrity. #LI-LB1 #LI-Hybrid
You will do this by:
Leadingglobal assessment and gap closing of all internal talent capability and processes, including, but not limited to, negotiations, category strategy & contract excellence, policy, procedure & best practice training, supplier relationship management, process document repository standard, and overall 'world class' functional excellence for the Supply Chain organization. Establishing and enforcing policies and procedures for supply chain operation processes to ensure data maintenance, effective change management and master data integrity are in compliance with business standards and regulatory requirements. Leading global assessment of all supply chain business processes and enabling technology, while focusing on the identification of current gaps, and anticipating and fulfilling future business and customer needs. Leading supplier development activities, such as audits and scorecards, to ensure business performance requirements shape supplier strategies and support the recovery of supplier caused challenges and impacts Enhancing the utilization of the GEP tool by driving adoption and maximizing system capabilities to fully leverage its benefits, ensuring optimal performance Evaluating, planning and executing supply chain stability and risk mitigation initiatives to ensure cost effective continuity of supply through supplier development. Overseeing, evaluating and communicating the status of corrective actions, auditing results and action items on a regular basis to both location and corporate leadership. Optimizing and redefining Procure to Pay processes to minimize failures, and increase efficiency and reliability across operations. Addressing and solving business challenges by developing strategic courses of action and leveraging influencing skills to drive decisions and actions. Performing a full range of managerial responsibilities which may include but not be limited to: interviewing, hiring, coaching and developing employees; planning, assigning and directing work; EEO/AA; performance management and department budget. Performing other duties as assigned.

Education
Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management or related field, or equivalent education and experience
Experience Requirements
Minimum of ten years progressive experience in supply chain, purchasing, planning and logistics Five years of direct management experience in a consumer goods or manufacturing company Working knowledge and experience with resource planning systems, SAP experience preferred Knowledge Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) processes Knowledge of Procure to Pay processes and best practices
