The Role:

Our site in Billerica, MA is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Warehouse Employeeto join our team. This role is responsible for managing work orders, conducting daily inventory counts, handling shipments, and ensuring materials are properly stored and moved within the warehouse. The ideal candidate will adhere to company goals and commitments while maintaining an organized and efficient warehouse environment.

The hours for this shift will be 1st shift, Monday-Friday, 6 am to 2:30 pm.

What You'll Do:

Work Order Management:

• Process and fulfill work orders accurately and efficiently.

• Ensure materials are picked and prepared according to specifications.

Inventory Control:

• Perform daily inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.

• Ensure all counted items match the records physically and systematically.

• Double-check high-value inventory items to prevent errors.

Shipment Handling:

• Prepare, package, and label shipments according to company and customer requirements.

• Verify and document incoming and outgoing shipments.

Material Handling & Organization:

• Move materials efficiently within the warehouse using appropriate equipment.

• Ensure all materials are stored in designated locations.

• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization to maximize efficiency.

Compliance & Safety:

• Follow company policies, safety guidelines, and standard operating procedures.

• Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks) safely and efficiently.

• Report any safety hazards or incidents immediately.

What We Seek:

• Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred.

• Ability to operate warehouse equipment. (We provide training if needed)

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Ability to lift and move some heavy objects (as required).

• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

• Ability to train and support co-workers.

Work Environment/Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to lift up to 45 pounds at times.

• Must be able to stand and walk for the duration of the shift.

• Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) must be worn on the production floor. This includes the use of safety glasses, steel-toed shoes, and high-visibility vests.

• Adherence to cleanroom attire standards is required (when in cleanroom). This includes the use of specified protective gear and garments (gown, hair and beard nets, shoe coverings, and gloves) designed to maintain a clean and controlled work environment.

• This role involves working from elevated heights at times. Use of harness and other protective equipment are required.

• This role involves repetitively pinching and grasping hand tools, as well repetitively twisting and bending.
