Staffmark has partnered with a premier provider of landscape solutions and is seeking a dedicated and organized Office Manager to join their team. As an integral part of our company, the Office Manager will oversee daily administrative operations, ensuring efficiency and coordination across all departments.

Pay rate: $25 - $30/hr. (Based on experience)

Schedule: 1st shift, 8am - 5pm

Key Responsibilities:



  • Arrange appointments, meetings, and service calls for clients and field teams.
  • Maintain accurate customer records, service histories, and organize contracts, receipts, and work orders.
  • Handle inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide timely, helpful responses via calls, emails, and messages.
  • Generate invoices, track payments, manage budgets, and monitor company expenses.
  • Assist with payroll, employee scheduling, and onboarding new team members.
  • Track and order equipment, tools, and materials to support field operations.
  • Provide performance and financial reports while acting as a liaison between the office, field crews, and customers.




Qualified candidates will have three years of related experience.
