Overview TRC is seeking a VP, Client Engagement to increase the opportunities for TRC to provide services to the utility market. The position requires a strong business development, technical, and financial background and a solid reputation of building and maintaining key client relationships in the energy sector. The position is full-time with a flexible office location and could include working from home. The position reports to the Senior Vice President, Business Development. You will develop the strategy for expanding TRC's opportunities with utilities. You will also have a leadership role regarding utility client interface/management/relationships. You will work with the members of the Power Delivery Operations technical managers and subject matter experts within TRC's Power Sector. You will have responsibility for cultivating and maintaining senior level relationships with TRC's utility clients, expanding brand awareness of TRC in the utility markets while promoting and selling TRC services. Compensation: In accordance with local law, the below salary range is applicable for the job and location associated with this requisition. Compensation will vary based upon experience, education, skill level, geographical location, and other compensable factors. Other Compensation: Employee may be eligible for participation in the Company's annual Discretionary Bonus Program which is contingent on Company, Business Segment, and Individual performance against Key Performance Indicators which vary by year and employee.
