Description

The Department of Medicine is hiring an Administrative Coordinator to oversee and manage administrative services and general operations within an academic or non-academic setting. This role encompasses key functions in finance and human resources, with potential responsibilities in IT, facilities, and student services. Additionally, the position involves strategic planning, both long- and short-term,helping to define the organization's mission and guide multidisciplinary departments through subordinate management staff.

Hourly range: $31.20-$49.77

Qualifications

Required:


  • Bachelor's degree in related area and / or equivalent experience / training
  • Ability to use sound judgment in responding to issues and concerns
  • Solid communication and interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with all levels of staff verbally and in writing.
  • Solid organizational skills and ability to multi-task with demanding timeframes.
  • Working knowledge of common organization-specific and other computer application programs.
  • Ability to use discretion and maintain confidentiality.
