Senior Specialist- Enterprise Transportation

Location:

This position is mobile by design (Work from home within KeyBank's footprint) and supports KeyBank's Transportation/Print and Mail (back up) vendor relationships as well as customer service support for internal customers (i.e., Retail branches, Lines of Business)

Hours:

7:30am-4:30pm ET One day a week in Office is Wednesdays (sometimes Tuesdays)

Job Brief

Support Loan Payment and Operational Services by Managing KeyBank's Transportation vendor relationships as well as customer service support for internal customers (i.e., Retail branches, Lines of Business). Provide back up support to KeyBank's Print Operations. Working with Lines of Business, Cash Vault, ATM Operations, Product Managers, etc. to facilitate and coordinate transportation services across KeyBank.

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills
• 1-2 years related job experience with knowledge of bank processes
• Strong analytical, problem solving/decision making skills
• Open minded and adaptable to new ideas in a changing environment
• Dedication to continuous improvement
• Detail Oriented
• Strong time management and prioritization skills
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and manipulate large data sets

Essential Job Functions:

• Prepare and maintain team procedures
• Meet and/or exceed established department goals
• Monitor vendor performance to ensure that vendors are meeting current service levels
• Work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Deliver high quality support and great service to our internal/external partners and clients
• Manage, respond, and resolve Transportation inquiries (perform back up duties for Print Operations inquiries)
• Monitor, review, and resolve simple to complex Print/Mail/Transportation requests
• Identify and implement department improvements, to achieve measurable benefits across the organization (e.g., revenue, expense, client experience, etc.)
• Collaborate with leadership to develop enhanced reporting and metrics
• Mine data from primary and secondary sources often using complex joins across multiple datasets
• Partner and communicate with stakeholder groups to ensure workload is effectively prioritized, planned, and tracked to completion
• Review and ensure proper documentation or procedures are used for complex activities
• Identify and resolve simple to complex issues related to transportation (and print operations)
• Recommend and implement programs to solve complex issues, contribute to workflow or process change and redesign, and form a strong understanding of the specific product or process
• Deliver subject-matter expertise to customers and partners
• Other duties as assigned

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

This position is eligible to earn a base hourly rate in the range of $20.19-$30.77 per hour depending on location and job-related factors such as level of experience.
