DevSecOps Engineer

NS2 Mission is seeking a Mid to Senior Level DevSecOps Engineer to join our team in Chantilly, VA. In this role, you will play a critical part in enhancing and automating DevSecOps processes to support the rapid and secure delivery of cutting-edge applications and technologies. You will work closely with software and data engineering teams to build, optimize, and maintain enterprise DevOps and DevSecOps pipelines. This position offers the opportunity to work with emerging technologies, cloud platforms, and automation tools in a hybrid, multi-cloud environment. Key Responsibilities:

• Establish, manage, automate, and enhance DevOps and DevSecOps pipelines.
• Define and promote enterprise software engineering and DevSecOps standards, practices, and behaviors.
• Support project teams integrating into the DevSecOps environment.
• Work in hybrid environments (multi-cloud, multi-domain, private/public).
• Write and maintain infrastructure and configuration files, DevSecOps tool configuration scripts, and application run-time configuration scripts.
• Facilitate technical exchange meetings to coordinate requirements with key stakeholders.

Required Skills:

• AWS: EC2, S3, EKS, ES, KMS, DynamoDB, Route 53, Lambda, Glacier, CloudWatch
• CI/CD Pipeline Delivery
• Experience managing containerized workflows and services (Kubernetes, Docker)
• GitHub, GitLab, Artifactory, Jenkins, Ansible
• JIRA, Confluence

Desired Skills:

• Knowledge of Agile methodologies / Experience delivering on Agile teams (Participates in Scrum and PI Planning)

Position Clearance Requirement:

TS/SCI with an FSP
