International Support Technician (Remote)

Staffmark is seeking an International Support Technician to join our team at a leading cinema distribution center in Wilmington, OH. In this role, you'll be instrumental in providing exceptional customer service and support to our motion picture studio and exhibitor clients.

Pay: $18/hr

Shifts Available: Sunday - Thursday: 9:00 PM - 5:00 AM

As an International Support Technician, you will ensure accurate communication and troubleshooting for our studio and exhibitor clients. You will manage and process studio requests, ensuring proper documentation and compliance with guidelines. This role requires a keen attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

Responsibilities:

• Provide professional support and timely issue resolution via phone and email
• Create and manage KDM keys for studios, ensuring precision and accuracy
• Troubleshoot and resolve content-related issues, applying critical thinking
• Track, report, and follow up on issues related to distressed keys or content orders
• Maintain accurate documentation to address recurring issues and enhance customer satisfaction
• Work on special projects as assigned, maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information

What You Bring:

• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft applications and internet protocols
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multitask and perform well in a fast-paced environment
• Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to take ownership of tasks
• Strong networking and relationship-building skills
• Knowledge of military time, time zones, and ISO country abbreviations
• Bilingual skills are a plus
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed
