Job Summary

This position is responsible for: Overseeing the Reliability electrical readpoint testing and data analysis. This position is also responsible for Reliability test lots, hardware and equipment tracking.

The assigned projects will require the candidate to have adequate understanding of Semiconductor IC electrical testing and Reliability stress testing concept.

The candidate will be expected to work with minimal supervision and build working relationships with other engineering groups. The candidate should also enjoy working in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a sense of commitment and be flexible to project needs. The candidate must be a cooperative team member and possess a sense of urgency to meet product requirements on schedule.

Roles & Responsibilities

This position has responsibility for:

* Reliability electrical read point testing.

* Electrical data logging and analysis.

* Generates electrical test report.

* Generates Reliability test traveler.

* Reliability WIP tracking.

Minimum Qualifications (Experience and Skills)

* Hands-on experience in Reliability electrical testing and Reliability WIP tracking.

* Knowledge of automated test equipment and its operation.

* At least 3 years of related experience in Semiconductor industry.

* Results-oriented and the ability to manage multiple tasks.

Preferred Qualifications

* Knowledge in data analysis software such as MS Excel, JMP and Matlab.

Education Requirements

* Associate Degree in Electronics/Electrical Engineering or equivalent.

Work Environment

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses electrical test equipment, automated test equipment (ATE), and standard office equipment.

This position requires the ability to occasionally lift office products and supplies, up to 20 pounds.

USD 27.66 - 33.89 per hour
