Maintenance Supervisor Universal Health Services, Inc. Hill Crest Behavioral Health Services is a robust, free-standing psychiatric hospital offering dedicated services to adolescents and adults from the surrounding Birmingham community. With an average census of 150 patients, Hill Crest features acute inpatient, residential, and group home settings. Alabama Clinical Schools has been a behavioral healthcare provider in the Birmingham area for over 20 years. Our treatment services range from intensive residential treatment for males ages 9-18 to therapeutic foster care. Our RISE and Specialized Therapeutic Foster Care programs for boys are the only programs of their kind in the State of Alabama. Our mission is simple: to enrich the lives of at risk youth and their families by delivering quality behavioral and educational services while fostering a safe transition to the community. We are currently seeking a Maintence Supervisor to join our team. This position is responsible for the oversight and daily operations of the Facilities Maintenance department, ensuring a safe and functional physical environment for patients, employees, and visitors. The Director of Plant Operations maintains the facility grounds, inside and outside; completes routine plumbing, HVAC, and electrical maintenance and responds to building alarms and codes; ensures timely completion on all facility work orders, maintains facility safety, and ensures that the facility meets all codes and regulations as required by the State of Alabama, The Joint Commission, and all other regulatory bodies.
