We are seeking a skilled IT Support professional with over 2 years of experience in Desktop Support, particularly with Windows 10 and 11 operating systems, and M365 troubleshooting including O365 and Teams. The primary responsibilities include providing IT support through various channels such as phone, email, chat, in-person, or remote control. The ideal candidate should have experience with Windows 10, Mac OS, Office 365, ServiceNow, BitLocker, and McAfee encryption. They will be responsible for diagnosing and resolving software and hardware incidents, tasks, and requests escalated through service management software like ServiceNow. The role involves supporting traditional workstations, mobile devices, printers, and other peripherals, ensuring the completion of all assigned work, and maintaining proper communication with clients to meet service level agreements and customer satisfaction. Working in a fast-paced team environment, the candidate must maintain a high level of customer satisfaction, identify technical and process issues, and recommend improvements. Compliance with applicable corporate and divisional policies and procedures is essential. The candidate will complete tasks assigned by dispatchers and management, update service tickets promptly, resolve technical issues, and act as a technical contact for escalated issues.
The required qualifications include 3-5 years of desktop support experience in a corporate environment, broad knowledge of Windows OS, Active Directory, Microsoft Office 365, OneDrive, and experience using remote desktop tools like Bomgar/RDP. The candidate should also have experience supporting virtual meeting tools, preferably MS Teams, and using the ServiceNow ticketing system. A strong customer service orientation, adaptability, flexibility, good problem-solving skills, and effective communication skills both verbally and in writing are essential for this role. *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $25.00/hr.
