Reporting to the CFO, we are looking for someone who will be responsible for leading strategic projects across the organization, ensuring execution excellence and alignment with corporate priorities. This role is ideal for a results-oriented leader who thrives in a fast-paced, data-driven environment and is adept at managing multiple stakeholders, synthesizing complex information, and driving accountability.

What You'll Accomplish - Your Performance Objectives

In your first 30 days, you will onboard and get to the know the people, products, departments and processes that make Medisolv run.

  • You will be expected to come up to speed quickly on the status of current projects
  • Begin to make adjustments/assessments of current projects in terms of milestone tracking, project accounting and ROI measurement.

  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, risk assessments, and status reports.
  • Ensure initiatives are structured with clear goals, KPIs, and measurable business outcomes.
  • Create "Executive Summary" like dashboards to easily illustrate progress and budget tracking on all open projects

In your first 6 months, you will own all project/initiative insights across the entire organization.

  • You will have implemented a cost measurement process/system to ensure intended ROI is achieved with all projects/initiatives.
  • Assume role of Project Manager for all open projects by removing blockers, empowering and enabling teams to work effectively as a cross-functional unit.

  • Implement best practices for business process improvement outside of key projects into the day-to-day operation of the company
  • Be able to show measurable cost savings and/or time gained by implementing process improvements over the first 12 months of tenure

Who We're Looking For - The Competencies That Matter

You are a doer. You take initiative and enjoy driving tasks from inception to completion. You probably have a strong bias for action and may even become frustrated when things come to a stalemate. You use this frustration in a positive manner to drive towards a solution, move things forward and remove obstacles.

Collaborative. You have empathy for your colleagues. You demonstrate and influence cross-functional collaboration within the company and seek out opportunities to build relationships with others even when difficult personalities or politics stood in the way. You understand establishing positive relationships with coworkers is a key item to getting things done.

Domain expertise. You know what good looks like when it comes to project accounting, budget tracking, and ROI measurement. You may have experience in project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) and tools (JIRA, Asana, Monday.com, etc.) and have strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Bonus for any prior experience working with Private Equity-backed companies or Board-level stakeholders.

Growth Mindset. You love a challenge. You are intellectually curious and love to figure out how things work. You have a diverse set of interests inside and outside of work. You can articulate areas where you have worked hard on improving yourself over time.

Influence Without Authority. You can show people the way and gather buy-in despite not being their manager. You find the right words to say but also mean it, not just telling people what they want to hear. You foster a "We" not "Me" mentality.
