The TA / HR Partner will play a critical role in driving the talent strategy across the company and enhancing our strong company culture. You will be responsible for developing and executing talent-sourcing strategies, leveraging data and market intelligence to identify and attract top talent globally. Also, you're a key advisor on employee experience matters, ensuring inclusion and belonging, and fostering a fair and equitable work environment. This position manages the full-cycle recruiting process, supports HR initiatives, and enhances the overall employee experience. The ideal candidate has a passion for culture-building, strong interpersonal skills, and experience in both recruiting and HR operations.
Job Responsibilities Talent Acquisition & Recruitment
Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates across all levels utilizing the latest AI screening and scheduling tools for an effective and efficient candidate process. Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop effective hiring strategies. Utilize various sourcing techniques (LinkedIn, job boards, networking, referrals) to attract diverse talent. Ensure a positive candidate experience through clear communication and seamless hiring processes. Track and analyze sourcing metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of sourcing strategies and make data-driven recommendations for improvement
HR Generalist & Employee Experience
Support new hire onboarding and integration to enhance employee engagement from day one. Assist with HR policies, employee relations, and performance management as needed. Contribute to culture-building initiatives, employee programs, and leadership development efforts. Innovate on the remote first culture, leading initiatives that improve employee experience, communication, and engagement. Ensure compliance with HR policies, best practices, and employment regulations.
Qualifications Required
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience). 4+ years of experience in recruiting, HR generalist functions, or a combination of both. Strong understanding of full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing and filling roles of all levels. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills across all levels of the organization. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of HR policies, employment laws, and best practices.
Preferred
Proficiency in Workday or similar HRIS/ATS platforms (plus). Passion for championing company culture and enhancing employee experience. Prior experience with culture and engagement initiatives is a plus.
