Core BTS, a leading provider of Digital Transformation consulting and IT professional services, is seeking a Sr. Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team. The primary responsibility of the Sr. SDR is to prospect and qualify potential customers. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of success in outbound sales development, with a focus on selling technology or consulting services.
Key Responsibilities
In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for an incentive plan based on meeting and exceeding individual and team metrics/KPI's. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each candidate, including experience and location.
