Description
The Cat Rental Store Branch Manager I is responsible for all branch operations including equipment rental, sales, and service as well as parts sales. The Branch Manager is the team leader for the entire branch and is responsible for ensuring that customer needs are met at the highest level. The person in this role will support all personnel and build a culture of teamwork throughout the Company. Knowledge of the construction industry and the phases of construction are essential for this position. The ability to manage multiple priorities is vital. The Branch Manager will demonstrate initiative, resilience, attention to detail, sense of urgency, commitment to teamwork, enthusiasm for customer service, and dedication to finding solutions in an efficient manner.

Bachelors (preferred)
High School or Equivalent (required) Experience
Previous experience and a working knowledge of the rental and construction industry and equipment are preferred. Experience using personal computers and basic typing skills are required. (required)
