Position: Technical Lead

Location: 1 Freedom Valley Drive, Oaks, PA 19456

Job Duties: The Technical Lead works with an application development organization, relying on skills and experience working on multi-tiered applications that are designed, developed, and delivered as cloud-based solutions, specifically the following: Designing and developing Cloud Native applications; Design and Development of mobile platforms, specifically Android and iOS; Development to publishing in the App Store and Play Store; Profiling and debugging mobile applications; Understanding mobile application design guidelines on platforms and awareness of differences; Kotlin, Swift, or Objective-C; Relational databases such as Oracle, MySQL, SQL Server; CI/CD and DevOps concepts; and Identity Technologies, such as OAuth and Ping. The Technical Lead is responsible for the following: developing and designing technical solutions based on reading and understanding business and functional requirements following the Agile process; producing high-quality code to meet all project deadlines and ensuring the functionality matches the requirements; analyzing and resolving issues found during the testing or pre-production phases of the software delivery lifecycle; coordinating changes with project team members and responding to inquiries regarding errors or questions about programs; interacting with data architects, other technical leads, and project manager, as required, addressing technical and scheduling issues; suggesting and implementing process improvements for estimating, development, and testing processes; ensuring team designs and delivering code in alignment with published SEI & industry standards; and providing technical problem resolution and application support, as required.

Requirements: Bachelor's Degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Information Systems, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, or related field plus seven (7) years of post-baccalaureate experience with an application development organization. Five (5) years of experience working on multi-tiered applications that are designed, developed, and delivered as cloud-based solutions, specifically the following: Designing and developing Cloud Native applications; Design and Development of mobile platforms, specifically Android and iOS; Development to publishing in the App Store and Play Store; Profiling and debugging mobile applications; Understanding mobile application design guidelines on platforms and awareness of differences; Kotlin, Swift, or Objective-C; Relational databases such as Oracle, MySQL, SQL Server; CI/CD and DevOps concepts; and Identity Technologies, such as OAuth and Ping.
