THE JOB: As a Slot Technician, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our gaming devices. You'll be responsible for repairing and rebuilding slot games, while also providing hands-on training for all gaming systems. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology, all while delivering exceptional guest service and contributing to an unforgettable experience. THE STARTING RATE: $23.00 THE DAY-TO-DAY:
Repair slot machines and related equipment with a focus on customer service. Perform maintenance, upgrades, and move slot machines and devices as needed. Work with Slot Operations to keep everything running smoothly. Regularly check and repair machines in your area. Keep slot and storage areas clean and organized. Follow all DGE and company rules and procedures. Safeguard keys, tools, and equipment. Fill out all required documents clearly and accurately. Help with daily projects and maintenance on the slot floor.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
High School Diploma, GED or equivalent 2+ Years of Prior Relevant Experience in Casino operations experience, or according to property requirement, or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience Effectively communicate in English, in both written and oral forms Ability to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays Knowledgeable of electronic and slot equipment Proficient in using a computers Excellent customer service skills Strong problem solving and listening skills Ability to function and act independently Ability to multi-task and work well in a fast paced, team-oriented environment
