THE JOB: As a Counter Attendant at Beach Grille at the Mandalay Bay Pool, you'll be at the forefront of creating exceptional guest experiences. STARTING RATE:$15.1389 hourly, plus tips THE DAY-TO-DAY:
Order Accuracy: Efficiently take, place, and serve orders, ensuring food and beverages are prepared and garnished accurately according to guest specifications. Cash Handling: Expertise in processing cash transactions, adhering to all proper cash handling and complimentary procedures to ensure accuracy and security. Order Completion: Skillful in packing and completing guest orders based on their preferences, including providing necessary condiments. Cleanliness and Sanitation: Committed to maintaining a clean, sanitary, and organized environment in both front and back of house, including clearing tables, sweeping dining areas, and ensuring a welcoming guest atmosphere.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
Work Schedule: Work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays. Exceptional Customer Service Skills: Demonstrated ability to provide outstanding customer service, creating a welcoming atmosphere and building positive relationships with guests. Cash Handling Expertise: Solid experience in cash handling and familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems, ensuring accuracy and adherence to cash handling procedures. Pool Environment: Ability to work outside majority of shift in various weather conditions
